FEE SCHEDULE
All rates are $375.00 per hour, or in some limited circumstances a flat fee, as agreed. The hourly rate applies to all of the professional time devoted to the dispute resolution process, including but not limited to, time spent in preparation, meetings, telephone calls, and any follow-up activities, for example, the award letter in an arbitration case.
There is no charge to submit an inquiry to our company. The fees are applied once a hearing is scheduled and there is an estimate as to how much time the process should take.
Normally fees, costs, and expenses are equally divided between the parties unless other arrangements are made in advance. In most cases, a party’s law firm may be responsible for payment as a cost advance for his or her client. In the event, this is not possible, or if there is not a law firm or lawyer involved, for whatever reason, a satisfactory fee deposit acceptable to our company will be required before any scheduling.
COSTS/EXPENSES
All travel time is billed at $100.00 per hour. Other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses such as hotels, airfare, taxis, etc. will be billed.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
There is no charge for any cancellation or continuance two weeks in advance of the scheduled hearing or before significant time is spent in the preparation of the case, with good cause shown.
