SPECIAL MAGISTRATE (State of Maryland)

Retired Judge Padrick is licensed in Maryland and can serve as a magistrate. A magistrate may be appointed by a sitting judge as an officer of the court to perform many specific functions that will assist the court judge in handling family and juvenile matters.
